Vendor Quality Control Auditor
Position Overview

Nathan & Nathan PC is growing! We are in search of a Vendor Quality Control Auditor to join our team in our Birmingham, AL, office. This role will be responsible for onboarding and vetting new vendors, risk tiering and assessment, and routine audits of vendors. Additionally, the Vendor Quality Control Auditor will provide regular reporting that displays results and effectiveness of vendors. Further, the Vendor Quality Control Auditor will develop new vendor policies to reduce and mitigate risk of conflict of interest, while also monitoring the current policies.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and vetting new vendors, in accordance with internal and client requirements
  • Risk tiering and assessment (for both existing and new vendors)
  • Routine audits of vendors based on risk assessment
  • Provide regular reports, displaying results and effectiveness of vendors
  • Developing and monitoring vendor policies to reduce and mitigate risk of conflict of interest
  • Other duties as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of experience

IT Support
Full-time position in our IT department. Duties will include hardware support for workstations, printers, and scanners, software installation and support, creating and managing user accounts in Active Directory, ordering IT supplies and equipment, phone system management, maintaining the data center environment, firewall management, etc.

Georgia Associate Attorney
Regional creditor’s rights firm based in Birmingham, Alabama, is seeking an full-time licensed Georgia Attorney to work in Birmingham, AL, with 0-3 years of practice experience preferred. Candidate will be responsible for the intake and substantiation of new claims received from clients in addition to reviewing and signing pleadings and correspondence. Candidate may also be responsible for attending court hearings and managing negotiations with various parties. Candidate should be proficient with computers and technology, and should be able to manage multiple duties and responsibilities. A self-starter with a strong work ethic are required. Candidate should be able to work well independently and also in a team setting. Candidate must be in good standing with the Georgia Bar Association. Possessing a license and good standing with the MS, TN, and/or AL Bar Associations will be given priority consideration, but additional licensure is not required. The ability and willingness to obtain licensure in another jurisdiction will also be considered an advantage.

Tennessee Associate Attorney
Regional creditor’s rights firm based in Birmingham, Alabama, is seeking an full-time Associate Attorney to work in Nashville, TN, with 0-3 years of practice experience preferred. Candidate will be responsible for the intake and substantiation of new claims received from clients in addition to reviewing and signing pleadings and correspondence. Candidate may also be responsible for attending court hearings and managing negotiations with various parties. Candidate should be proficient with computers and technology, and should be able to manage multiple duties and responsibilities. A self-starter with a strong work ethic are required. Candidate should be able to work well independently and also in a team setting. Candidate must be in good standing with the Tennessee Bar Association. Possessing a license and good standing with the MS, GA, and/or AL Bar Associations will be given priority consideration, but additional licensure is not required. The ability and willingness to obtain licensure in another jurisdiction will also be considered an advantage.

Mississippi Associate Attorney

Associate Attorney:
Position will range between 20-30 hours per week with flexible scheduling options. Candidate must be able to multitask and have a strong attention to detail. Candidate’s job responsibilities will include document/pleading review. Candidate must be licensed in either Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, or Georgia with licensure in multiple states preferred.
