IT Support
Full-time position in our IT department. Duties will include hardware support for workstations, printers, and scanners, software installation and support, creating and managing user accounts in Active Directory, ordering IT supplies and equipment, phone system management, maintaining the data center environment, firewall management, etc.

Georgia Associate Attorney
Regional creditor’s rights firm based in Birmingham, Alabama, is seeking an full-time licensed Georgia Attorney to work in Birmingham, AL, with 0-3 years of practice experience preferred. Candidate will be responsible for the intake and substantiation of new claims received from clients in addition to reviewing and signing pleadings and correspondence. Candidate may also be responsible for attending court hearings and managing negotiations with various parties. Candidate should be proficient with computers and technology, and should be able to manage multiple duties and responsibilities. A self-starter with a strong work ethic are required. Candidate should be able to work well independently and also in a team setting. Candidate must be in good standing with the Georgia Bar Association. Possessing a license and good standing with the MS, TN, and/or AL Bar Associations will be given priority consideration, but additional licensure is not required. The ability and willingness to obtain licensure in another jurisdiction will also be considered an advantage.

Tennessee Associate Attorney

Associate Attorney:
Position will range between 20-30 hours per week with flexible scheduling options. Candidate must be able to multitask and have a strong attention to detail. Candidate’s job responsibilities will include document/pleading review. Candidate must be licensed in either Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, or Georgia with licensure in multiple states preferred. Legal Assistant:
Full-time position in our legal department. Candidates should be self-starters and able to work independently without continuous supervision. Responsibilities include preparation of documents, data entry, and communication with court officials. Candidates should be organized; have good office, business and computer skills; be able to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment and communicate well with others. Full-time position to work in call center along with other dedicated, sharp, enthusiastic professionals handling inbound and outbound calls. Applicant should be focused, punctual, willing to learn the legal process and have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Previous experience in collections helpful, but not required.
